Main Technical Parameter:

Laminator heating plate area is 2300 x 3600 mm². Under heating condition between 100°C-195°C,it won’t apper obvious deformation on the surface of heating plate.Irregularity ≤200µm per square meter. Available to make Crystailine silicon or amorphous silicon solr module encapsulation and glass curtain wall encapsulation..Distribution of laminator measuring point:four uniform distributed in the heating plate, one in filler opening and outlet opening,oil tank one,total four temperature measuring points,ensure the temperature between filler opening and outlet opening ≤2°C.Touch screen interface display the temperature measuring point and real-time temperature.Limiting temperature of up and down vacuum cahmber is ≤60Pa,under normal operation the 200 Pa can last at most 60 seconds,aeration speed of up,down chamber can be adjusted between 0-50L/seconds,opening cover aeration time is ≤50 seconds.The adjustment of up chamber airbag aeration pressure is  between 0--1 Pa.Aeration of up chamber can be devided into five sections,each section can adjust the time and pressure(aeration speed).Lifting cylinder adopt double acting cylinder.Roof cover stable and adjust rise and set,keep parallel with heating plate.After finishing of roof cover rising,it can auto-lock.Open cover height:working condition 15cm,adjusting condition over 50cm.There is system auto-examination function,sound and light alarm device,alarm display fault content.Especially vacuumization exception error condition,open cover condition,vacuumization eception condition between 20-30S,vacuum can’t arrive -0.095MPa.PLC+ touch screen control system,operation interface and instruction are simplified Chinese.Easy to operate.Requested according to manufacturing technology that each laminating with the whole set of data(setting temperature,hot oil temperature,workbench temperature,vacuum of pumb,vacuum of up chamber,vacuum of down chamber) and fault of working condition,record storage,password controls the modification of laminating parameter.Accumulate and display laminating frequency and laminating working time.
